[地震] 首都圏のエレベータ５万台止まる
東京都足立区で震度５強を観測した２３日の地震の影響で、関東地方では約５万台のエレベーターが停止していたことが分かった。エレベーターに設置された地震計が地震を感知すると、自動的に停止するシステムとなっているものが多いためだ。各管理会社の技術作業員が現場で安全を確認しない限り復旧できない仕組みとなっており、一部のエレベーターの復旧は２５日にずれ込んだ。つづき>>
Strong Earthquake Shakes Tokyo
TOKYO (AFP) - A strong earthquake registering 6.0 on the Richter scale shook Tokyo and its vicinity, lightly injuring 18 people, swaying buildings in the heart of the capital and disrupting transport.

古代遺跡をコースターで＝21日、ディズニーシーに新施設
東京ディズニーシー（TDS、千葉県浦安市）の新アトラクション「レイジングスピリッツ」が21日、オープンする。これに先立ち19日、報道陣に公開。TDSに新施設ができるのは、2001年9月の開業以来初めて。
新施設は古代文明の発掘現場を想定したローラーコースタータイプのアトラクション。入場者は貨車に乗り、発掘された2体の神が引き起こす炎や蒸気の間を、約1分30秒（最高時速約60キロ）で駆け抜ける。（時事通信）

There is a new song from Wakin's upcoming album that was featured on Singapore radio! I'm told that it's called "我們不哭 Wo Men Bu Ku (We Won't Cry)" and it's the theme of a new Singapore Channel 8 TV show starting on 11 July at 9 p.m., titled "夢在手里" (literally "dream in hand").
